Creating Wellness

Creating Wellness System Overview
The Creating Wellness System is a program designed to help you achieve
better wellness in every dimension of life.

There are 3 dimensions of health:
1. Physical - how you use your body.
2. Bio-chemical - what is put into your body.
3. Psychological - the mind-body connection.

In order to move toward total wellness, all 3 dimensions must be addressed
at the same time.

The 5-Step Creating Wellness System and What's Included

Step 1 - Your Creating Wellness Assessment

Your journey begins with your Creating Wellness Assessment. Using state of the art, scientific technology and a comprehensive lifestyle questionnaire, our assessment evaluates your wellness in each of the 3 dimensions (physical, bio-chemical and psychological).

Step 2 - Your Creating Wellness Quotient

Our powerful computer software uses your assessment to calculate your Wellness Quotient. This snapshot of your overall state of wellness is the foundation from which you will begin to create wellness in your life.

Step 3 - Your Customized Wellness Program

Here is where it gets exciting! Based on results from your assessment, we create a 3-dimensional program customized to your unique needs. Our software makes this possible by turning the data we've collected into a personal plan of action for wellness - your customized Creating Wellness System!

Step 4 - Your Weekly Coaching Sessions

We understand that making major lifestyle changes can be difficult - and sometimes a little scary. That is why, each week, you will work with a certified Wellness Coach for encouragement, advice and motivation. Your personal coach will help you face challenges, overcome obstacles and share in your victories!

Step 5 - Continuous Reassessment

Your doctor reassesses you every 5 weeks to make sure you are achieving measurable progress. Continuous re-assessments allow us to make adjustments in the program to ensure it is always addressing your most current needs. It is exciting and encouraging to see your Wellness Quotient continuously increase during the course of the program!

2. Creating Wellness Meal Planner: Customized to your specific caloric range and food preferences.
3. Creating Wellness Nutritional Supplements: Vitamins and supplements to create wellness in your life.

Elizabeth Holyfield, Certified Wellness Coach

Elizabeth Holyfield was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication from The University of South Alabama in 1995. During college she met her husband, Donald, who is also from Mobile. She married Donald in 1995 after completing her undergraduate degree. They started a family together a few years later, and they currently live in Fairhope with their three boys, Stephen, Robert and William. Elizabeth became passionate about health many years ago after the loss of her mother due to cancer and this experience has driven her passion for life, as well as her life-long commitment to learning. She has studied health, exercise and general well-being for many years and is a certified Creating Wellness Professional. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Counseling.

As a Wellness Coach, Elizabeth helps people of all ages. She is passionate about helping people reach their full potential. Elizabeth’s goal is to help people learn how to get the most out of their life while enjoying the process! She enjoys helping people learn how to change their lifestyle to facilitate health, not illness, and to better themselves for a lifetime. She understands the challenges of life and the gift of living each day to its fullest. She can sum up her talents in three easy phrases: Eat Right. Be Fit. Think Well. She is happy to support you in your journey towards wellness and health!
